Heating Instructions: 

32oz Gumbo comes frozen to maintain freshness. To enjoy please thaw, heat and eat. You can heat on stovetop or microwave. Please DO NOT MICROWAVE the container it comes in. Keep FROZEN until ready to serve. Gumbo cannot be refrozen once thawed out only refrigerated.

Storage & Temperature Guidelines:

• Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C) or below until ready to use.
• Once thawed, store in refrigerator at 40°F (4°C) or below and consume within 3 days.
• Do not refreeze after thawing.

Safe Reheating Advisory:

• Heat thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.
• Always check temperature before consumption.
• Do not consume if product has been left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours.
