Shipping policy

Season blends, bbq sauce and bell wear ship out next business day. Sauce, frozen food and desserts  ship out within 2 business days of ordering. There is no shipping on Friday-Sunday! Any orders placed by 3pm Monday-Thursday will ship within that week.

All gumbo orders ship as stated on a Tuesday or Wednesday. 

Once the product has been delivered, opened, or stored improperly, The Bells Sweet Factory LLC is not responsible for any spoilage, damage, or illness resulting from mishandling, delayed refrigeration, or failure to follow safe-food instructions.

 

Please verify your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or returned packages due to incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or refusal of shipment.

 

Due to the nature of perishable food items, all sales are final. No refunds or replacements once the product has been delivered and confirmed in good condition.
